Three words describe our approach to formal learning: inclusive, creative and inspiring.
I completed an M.Ed in Museuem and Gallery Education many years ago, which was great stuff but the quality of discussion during this programme has been much higher and much more inclusive – you have done a great job. Thank you very much.
Year 2 Citizen Curator
Whether in the lecture theatre, seminar room, webinar or workplace, our starting point with course development is the learner. We aim to produce learners who are more thoughtful, more confidence and better equipped to interrogate information and accepted knowledge.
Our philosophy and competency model is not just relevant to heritage and cultural work, we develop learning experiences to develop skills in knowledge generation and communication that can be widely applied in commercial and public sectors.
Online and offline courses
We can provide traditional course development for colleges, schools and universities as well as work-based learning. Read about our pioneering Citizen Curators course. We are currently co-designing a CPD course in Sustainable Tourism and Heritage with Truro and Penwith College and have previously developed history, archaeology, heritage and research skills courses for the University of Southampton, University of Winchester and Swansea University.
Our digital audiovisual expertise means we can rapidly create quality and accessible video and audio-based material for online courses and live webinars.

Co-design: from concept to evaluation
We provide a turnkey educational service in course development, working alongside your learners’ needs to identify essential outcomes through to testing different learning models, and evaluating learner experiences afterwards.
I wanted to thank you for everything; this entire experience has been really inspiring and I’ve never felt so confident to speak up. I’ve felt engaged and involved in my community.

Train the trainer courses
Our facilitation experience and mentoring skills can be commissioned to design ‘train the trainer’ experiences. These can be just as easily conducted online as in the work place.
It’s made me review my life. I left at school at 16, I didn’t go to university, I didn’t do anything [until now]… I educated myself through art.
