Working within a sound ethical framework that is respectful of cultural differences is the secret to a curator’s success.

Our Director, Tehmina Goskar, has been involved in ethical research and governance since she started her career in museums and culture. She is a Fellow of the Museums Association and a member of its Ethics Committee. She is currently co-opted to the MA’s Decolonisation Guidance Working Group. She is also a Level 2 Accredited Facilitator who abides by the Association of Facilitators Code of Practice.

We offer confidential ethical advice within and outside national and international codes of ethics. We can also offer ethical training tailored to your project or professional workplace.

As well as the ethics of museums, we also conduct research in an ethical framework and can advise academic researchers and projects on the ethical impact of their work.
